BOOKINGS
Greenwood Serviced Apartments - All rates are per apartment per night or per week (not per person)  and all rates quoted for the first twenty eight days booking is subject to VAT which is charged at 17.5% and  3.5% thereafter

When you make a reservation through Greenwood Asset Management Ltd, the rates that you see on the website at the time you make the booking are the rates that we apply and confirm to you. If there are any unforeseen changes or problems with your reservation, we will automatically contact you first for your approval and instructions, before arranging a reservation for you.

In the event that the apartment of your choice is fully booked at the time of submitting your reservation request (complete with credit card details), Greenwood Asset Management Ltd will endeavour to offer you an alternative apartment of similar price, quality and location. We will not, of course, proceed with an alternative reservation without your prior approval. However, if you state a specific alternative apartment, we will make that reservation for you automatically should your first choice of apartment be unavailable for your chosen dates as each apartment or hotel has its own terms and conditions for your information only.

Last minute bookings on all hotels and serviced apartments - all the rates and number of nights to be paid in advance on or before the move in day by credit card and it cannot be Changed or Cancelled and should you not check in you will forfeit your payment.

We will e-mail you confirmation of your booking between Monday to Friday. If for any reason you are unable to access the e-mail address you given us, please e-mail us using an alternative e-mail account as soon as possible, stating your details. Should a guest lock themselves out of their apartment a £50 plus VAT call out fee (out of hours) will be applied to their account, where a guest has left the keys in the lock the Locksmith charges will also be added. Guests are provided with two sets of keys at the beginning of their stay. If two sets are not returned the Company reserves the right to charge a fee for each missing set and should we had to changed the locks because the keys were not return by the guest, all the cost of changing the locks like to like will be changed to the guest and any other cost incurred and the Locksmith charges will also be added

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel any reservation, without penalty, providing you cancel within fifteen working days prior to the move in date for the period stated for each apartment confirmation.

To cancel a reservation, please notify us (15) workings days prior to the move in date by email. DO NOT contact the apartment directly; there will be less possibility of any confusion on our part or yours.

If you fail to arrive at the apartment on your intended date of arrival without prior cancellation within the specified period, the apartment is entitled to charge your credit card. The amount of this cancellation charge depends upon the terms and conditions of the particular apartment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Greenwood Asset Management Ltd excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this website. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose. Greenwood Asset Management Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website.
